Title:  Complete Pair Specialist

Essilor of America, Inc. (Essilor), is the leading manufacturer and wholesaler of prescription lenses in the United States.  We currently have a Complete Pair Specialist career opportunity in the Wisconsin/Minnnesota area.  Travel up to 50%.

 

GENERAL FUNCTION

Complete Pair Specialist (Ray Ban Prescription Lenses) is responsible for all activities related to maximizing the sell-through of Ray-ban BE / RBA  (prescription lenses) within a region by spreading optics technical knowledge and educating customers.  Manages and develop a selection of new and existing accounts to improve penetration and conversion of frames sales to complete prescription jobs.  Collects feedback from customers and sales team and connects with Sales Operations to achieve Operations Quality standards of excellence and organizational goals while continuously delivering an exceptional customer experience. 

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works with Regional Sales Director and other Sales Manager partners in achieving top line growth and financial targets through meeting sales goals and objectives for EBE/RBA within region.
  • Acts as an Ambassador in demonstrating the power of the Ray Ban brand and articulating the technical advantages of ROX.
  • Provides education to sales organization to help overcome objections from customers and partner with sales consultants on addressing business opportunities 
  • Schedules, plans, develops and conducts on-site training and education seminars to increase demand for RB ROX lenses
  • Develops strong working relationships with the sales partners to identify business opportunities.
  • Supports the sales team in understanding the product technicalities to maximize Ray-Ban ROX presence and drive sales.
  • Coordinates with RSD and other Sales Managers in conducting sales calls with eye care professionals i.e. optometrists, ophthalmologists, and opticians to promote products and services and logging visits in One Sales Suite.
  • Provides weekly recap verbally/written on activity in the field.
  • Collaborates with sales counterparts (i.e. other brand divisions, Essilor, etc.) in delivering broader synergy programs.
  • Participates to discussions about product roadmap, new launches, price positioning, commercial terms (discounts, rebates, tactical initiatives)
  • Provides input to Rx Operations Central Manufacturing regarding product quality, service turnaround, training needs and new training system development and maintain a high level of coordination with lenses lab
  • Supports the onboarding of new Ray Ban Sales Consultants on technical aspects of lenses.
  • Participates in weekly regional and team calls.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • +5 years business related experience
  • Strong Optics knowledge
  • Retail background
  • Demonstrate business and manufacturing knowledge
  • Customer and service quality oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Organizational skills and time management
