Title:  Sr. Associate Marketing Manager - Commercial Marketing

POSITION PURPOSE:

The EssilorLuxottica Sr. Associate Marketing Manager - Commercial Marketing is responsible for supporting the EL360 partnership program by executing marketing activation plans and ensuring alignment with marketing goals and objectives.   The tasks include the development, implementation, and maintenance of tools, programs, and resources for field sales teams as well as customers. The role will interact cross-functionally with various groups across EssilorLuxottica internally including field sales, sales activation, data analytics, and trade marketing. The Sr. Associate Marketing Manager - Commercial Marketing will serve as a key member of the Partnership Program Commercial Marketing Team.

 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Support ongoing execution and expansion of the EL360 partnership program, including communications, customer engagement, and adoption of programs and promotions
  • Produce or direct outside vendors, as needed, for developing promotion, sales tools and training materials
  • Create ECP training and sell-in content as needed
  • Develop and execute CRM communication strategy and content for consistent customer touchpoints that drive awareness of and activate key benefits of the program
  • Partner with internal trade media team on EL360 ad content to ensure it supports overall strategic messaging, is approved by all key stakeholders, and is delivered on time
  • Support key trade events where EL360 has a presence by ensuring successful execution of our booth activation including set up of demo stations and digital devices
  • Develop and execute internal and external communications
  • Partner with EssilorLuxottica trade marketing team to monitor and track utilization of digital tool benefits within EL360 customers, and develop strategies to drive adoption
  • Manage EL360 marketing budget by keeping track of monthly expenses and reconciling against budget, partnering with our business analyst
  • Ensure legal compliance with all plans, programs, and initiatives
  • Travel as required to meetings, trainings, and tradeshows
  • Support special projects, as assigned

 

 

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of work experience in marketing required, or graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in marketing required.
  • Work experience in ophthalmic or healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong marketing skills, with a demonstrated focus on the customer
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong analytical acumen that can lead to sound decision making
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Ability to lead and/or work in cross-functional groups
  • Ability to influence change within the organization
  • Good interpersonal skills
