Title:  Sales Executive 4PC/Smartbook

Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of DITAC Sales & Account Management, the 4PC / Smartbook (SB) Sales Executive serves as the primary contact for prospective independent ECP clients. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and consulting with new business opportunities through targeted campaigns and lead channels and presenting 4PC / SB to prospective ECP’s. This position is responsible for driving new customer growth to meet and/or exceed established quarterly and annual net new location goals. The 4PC / SB Sales Executive will be challenged to convert prospective ECP’s to customers by managing their share of the Lead-to-Live process, collecting all required account setup pieces prior to the setup, training, and eventual Customer Success handoff.


  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to build relationships, determine needs, make recommendations, and support the buying decision of prospective clients
  • Conduct online demos with prospective customers on the use, benefits, and features of the 4PC / SB system
  • Consistently follow-up on prospective leads via phone and email while assisting with questions and next steps related to the implementation of 4PC / SB at their offices
  • Work a series of targeted campaigns and lead lists to continuously stay in front of new business opportunities
  • Manage the Lead-to-Live pipeline through in-depth CRM use, timely follow-up tasks, and measurable activities
  • Document each interaction in the CRM with relevant, detailed information for accurate, usable record keeping
  • Schedule trainings and PM system integrations with the Customer Success team
  • Successfully transfer all closed business to the Customer Success team
  • Work with strategic channels and vendor partner contacts to strengthen partnerships and identify new lead-generation opportunities
  • Educate and stay informed on 4PC / SB’s leading competitors to best position our platform as the superior choice
  • Relay valuable information between Account Management, Customer Success, Development, National Accounts, and Marketing teams to improve 4PC / SB’s message and overall product
  • Complete annual and quarterly performance objective planning and review related to career growth and development
  • Assist in the onboarding efforts of new 4PC / SB Sales team members, as well as new team members in other departments
  • Cross-train in Customer Success and Account Management for flexing purposes
