Purpose of the Job:


To support the Go-To Market team in the creation of marketing materials and liaise with respective creative agencies.



Key Responsibilities:


Responsible for the following business / functional activities of AMERA (Asia, Middle-east, Russia, and Africa) business unit:

  • Creation, design and adaptation of:
    • Marketing and digital tol kits (including but not limited to social and other media assets)
    • Website assets and layuts
    • POSM and retail assets, including dem tools
  • Coordinating with external agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
  • Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval
  • Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements



Profile Required:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • More than 3 years of experience in a creative responsibility
  • Keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Proven graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio of illustration and other graphics
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, retail assets and multimedia design
  • Demonstrate expertise in various software and technologies (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • One or more of the following:
  • Worked in a creative agency in a creative position
  • Worked on multiple brands across different categories
  • Strong consumer marketing background preferred
  • Based in Singapore and Experience working on regional accounts and Partner management (suppliers, vendors, etc.)
  • Proficient in English. Proficiency in an other Asian language is a plus
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Able to work in a complex matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage deadlines
