The Product Manager is fully responsible for her/his allocated product(s) portfolio in the perimeter of Asia Pacific, Middle East, Russia & Africa, from product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.


The job incumbent is an expert on the product(s), and driving any product-related initiatives, such as product launches, competition answers, range animation and sales tracking. He/She supports the management, regional/ zone needs and local marketing team to meet business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, including sourcing (with technical & logistics teams)
  • Developing and implementing a regional/ zone-wide go-to-market plan by working with various departments and stakeholders to execute
  • Business analysis and strategy development
  • Specifying market requirements & coordination with market research analyzing potential partner relationships for the product(s) range positioning strategy, pricing recommendation and cost negotiations
  • Any product related communication and technical information, including demo tools, website and selling speech
  • Internal and external training and active support for product launches
  • Sales tracking, launch follow up and zone (macro) consolidation
  • Zone specific needs collection and product development with R&D if needed


Profile Required:


  • 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Product Manager for India business/category, with at least one significant experience in B2C environment (FMCG, F&B, OTC etc.)
  • At ease with technical topics (scientific background or previous experience in medical devices / technical fields is an advantage)
  • Degree in Marketing / Business studies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English, 2nd language would be an advantage)
  • Excellent teamwork skills, proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority and used to work in multi-cultural environment
  • Strong analytical skills and rigorous in the execution
