We have an exciting part-time (0.6 FTE) opportunity for a Process Improvement Consultant / Specialist to drive activities and culture across the business, with a primary focus on Lean principles in manufacturing operations for ANZ. In this role you will identify and improve the outcomes of technology and operational processes which will improve efficiency, reduce cost, and support the introduction of new products and services that will enhance employee and customer experiences.


Whilst the benefits implemented by this role will be felt across our operations, the primary stakeholder group that the incumbent will work with is our production team. Some of the core activities in the role will include working directly with production teams to understand core processes and embed an improvement mindset, whilst working closely with them on improvement projects to address areas of inefficiency and improve performance and process. A keen analytical ability and proven experience in collaborating extensively with a diverse stakeholder group - from shop-floor production and warehouse staff through to senior leaders - will be important for success.


Our ideal candidate possesses: 


  • Degree in Business/Management or Engineering/Technology. Ideally, with further study in CI related areas.
  • 3+ years’ experience of successfully implementing Continuous Improvement projects. Including showing return on investment, within a manufacturing environment.
  • Highly developed analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to identify trends and issues.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, working across a diverse and geographically dispersed stakeholder group.
  • Strong communication skills and influencing skills, and ability to communicate through various media including email, in person, and through small-group training.
