Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to lead & support User eXperience design in digital projects (not
restricted to app or service design but wherever digital will be an enabler of innovation).
Key responsibilities:
- Be in charge of UX design throughout the projects you are involved in (from user-field
researches to prototyping & testing)
- Design & animate user-centered innovation methods in a multidisciplinary context
(onboard engineers, marketers, commercials involved in the project…)
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure that the “user” is understood & taken into
account throughout the project
- Set clear design objectives and success criteria, analyze usage data (UV, conversion
rate…etc) to validate the design effectiveness and support design decisions.

User Experience
design
- Conduct research to gather market and customer requirements.
- Produce strategic analysis of opportunities by synthesizing them
into graphical visualizations (diagrams, user journeys, service
blueprints, motivation profiles or personas, mood boards...)
- Transfer understanding of user needs & business requirements to
propose UX ideas that will benefit each side in a proper way.
- Coordinate and facilitate usability tests to evaluate hypotheses,
iterate, and refine the tested solutions.
- Defining right KPIs and success criteria from a design perspective,
analyzing usage data to validate the design effectiveness and
support design decisions.

UX/UI App Design Work on the entire digital product lifecycle, be able to deliver from
frames to detailed specs across platforms:
- wireframes
- user flow
- low/high-fidelity mockups
- interactive prototypes...
Facilitate design
adoption
On-board project team on co-creating solutions:
- formalize project methodology to adopt (from problematics
reformulation with the project manager to definition / validation
with him of deliverables to produce)
- guide the project team, step by step, throughout the process of
creating new solutions (see User eXperience design)
- design and animate needed co-creation workshops with the
project team

Experience > 3years of experience in UX design or interaction design.
Industries

One or more of the following: Healthcare, Consumer goods industries,
Internet industries.
Geographical
Experience
International experience is a plus.

Qualifications
- Master in design (human computer science, industrial design, interaction design, service
design...)
- Portfolio of UX design work demonstrating the ability to work across the product
development process, from developing a strong conceptual foundation to refining the
smallest details with high quality and attention.
- Proficient in the use of design tools: Sketch, Figma, Invision, Principle, PS, AI, AE...etc.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in an international team environment .
