Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible of the management of sales glass and instruments , development and reviewing of suitable tools and measures for the sales team to expand sales.
Main Duties
- Recognize the needs of customer groups and customer segments and develop suitable measures to achieve customer loyalty and increase sales
- Control of the AD to achieve goals and develop the sales force and the implementation of measures
- Market observation and preparation of the sales of budget fulfilment
- Development, coordination and design of campaigns, that contribute to budget fulfilment
- Coordination of marketing campaigns with the relevant departments
- Support and motivation of sales reps/field staff for their personal and professional development; Planning and implementation of further training courses for the professional and personal development of sales staff, creating suitable bonus systems for sales reps
- Working out scope for offers; Independently developing concepts and ideas to use synergies with affiliated companies in the market to generate value
- Analysing of reports to take suitable measures and to define and derive goals
- Planning and implementation of conferences and meetings to motivate and inform the sales staff
General:
Works independently on the positive sales development
Responsible for the ongoing professional and personal development of sales employees
Regularly participates in coordination meetings with other departments
Internally intrinsically motivated to develop both professionally and sales competence-oriented by participating in further training measures in accordance with the responsibility of a sales manager
Contribute to the achievement of the company's goals
Is in intensive exchange with all Essilor departments to support and promote a positive proactive cooperation
Participation in trade fairs and road shows to increase customer relationships, market observation

Profile :

At least 5 years of experience in sales and people management

English is mandatory,
