Title:  RX Warehouse Supervisor (Rayong)

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Warehouse management

  • Setup and implement policies and procedure in warehouse following ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007
  • Coordinate with procurement and planning team to ensure inventory availability
  • Manage and control the receiving and issuing goods in warehouse
  • Implement and monitor FIFO of product and required consumable
  • Cycle count and update inventory by weekly, monthly and annual physical count
  • Ensure space optimization in order to keep inventory available for new receiving good
  • Ensure launching process control for cost, lead time which align with production status

Team management

  • Maintain staff by coaching and training to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform annual review campaigns of direct reports (i.e. annual appraisal, IDP, career & development discussion, people review)
  • Determine staffing levels and assign workload

Reporting

  • Update monthly cycle count and annual physical count report
  • Ensure all document related are well filling and kept for customs and ISO 9001 audits

Project

  • Participate actively in new warehouse system implementation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Must have

Required skill and qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in logistics or supply chain management
  • +3 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
  • Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
  • Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities to handle complaints and production issues
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible and varying schedule
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible and varying schedule

Preferred skill and qualifications:

  • Proficiency with SCM+ for warehouses
  • Experience with multi-national companies
  • License to operate a forklift (optional)
  • Knowledge of MRP or ERP software ie. SAP, Oracle
