Title:  Quality Engineer (QMS+Physical Test) (Rayong)

Report to Rx Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer main missions are to establish maintain QMS to ensure that our manufacturing produced the product conforming to world class quality system and Essilorluxottica standards. Report to QMR on the performance of the Quality System including needs for improvement. To improve of product quality to serve customer satisfaction, cooperate with operation team to investigation of nonconformance product to lead the key process to find an action / solution to prevent the issue reoccurrence.

My day at EssilorLuxottica

• To establish the QMS program to be compliance with ISO13485 requirements.
• To plan and perform QMS audits to ensure work practices meet the ISO13485 requirement and standard.
• Perform Quality document control system.
• To review quality work procedure and work instruction by regularly manner base on written.
• To work close with certification party for ISO audit and certification.
• To maintain and improve of material from supplier to be in line with ELTL expectation and Essilorluxottica standard
• To investigation and analyze of each material issues and feedback to supplier and procurement to come up with the appropriate action plan
• To set up a clear sampling plan with clear instruction for Laboratory testing.
• Ensure that tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.  Assess product specifications of the company and compare with customer requirements.
• Random audit Lab test practice to make sure that the operator has done their job correctly.
• Work closure with process engineer and production to find out the best solution when customer claim due to product reliability failed.
• To makes sure operation team has implementation of reaction rule when the test result was failed.

Must have

• Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in Quality system, Quality assurance, Quality control
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in science/engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of Quality System (ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14971)
• Experience of Internal auditor especially ISO13485 or ISO9001
• Solid technical knowledge on laboratory and production equipment
• Technical knowledge on: Statistical analysis method, 8D report
• Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers
• Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
• Flexible and being able to work under pressure
• Good Interpersonal skills with the right communication level including a good English (both written and spoken)
