We are looking for an HR Business Partner who has specialization in recruitment and L&D to join our team and provide seamless end-to-end employee experience. HR Business Partner responsibilities include recruitment activities, onboarding, Talent Program execution and Learning & Development activities
To be successful in this role, you should be able to partner with key stakeholders, develop recruiting strategies and enhance employee experience.
Your day at EssilorLuxottica
- Partnering with Key stakeholders to drive recruitment strategies including identify hiring needs, determine selection criteria, and source potential candidates through all possible channels.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead and define training and development strategies at plant level
- Deploy regional Talent Program management and execute at plant level
- Deploy and implement a training and development framework and approach at plant level
- Conduct new employee orientation and enhance onboarding experience
- Conduct performance management
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development, Psychology, Business Administration or related.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Talent acquisition and HR Business Partner in manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, online job boards)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Ability to develop relationships and build rapport with employees at all levels
- Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skill
Nice to have
- Demonstrate experience in project management
- Ability to present to an executive at a business level
- Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
