In Essilor Spain we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist, who within the Supply Chain Area would be responsible for the planification and supply for all the materials from different categories thar might be needed in the operations department and in the general bussines development.


Key Responsabilities:

- Management and tracking of all the material supply for the departments of production and logistics (consumables, packaging, frames and instruments)

- Elaboration of statistical analysis related to the material supply.

- Report analysis and results of the supply process to the departments involved (production and control management).

- Coordinate with the buying team to make sure the supply of material and resources is happening in time.

- Coordinate with the Instruments Comercial Team and the Marketing Team so everything is ready to use (instruments, kitting).

- Relationships between providers and partners in a local and global frame. 



- BS, preferable in Industrial Engineering. 


Experience Required:

- At least one year in a similar position -in the same sector or similar such as automotive or home appliance (replacement parts, technology..)-


Personal Skills:

- Well organized and able to plan in advance.

- Analytic and with skills in analysis tools (such as excell or sheets)

- Focused on high standard results.

- Good at stablishing interpersonal relationships.

- Innovative meanwhile reliable.

- Capable of making an impact.

- Focused on the client.

- Strong in autonomy.


Specific Knowledge:

- High - Intermediate English (B2).

- Skilled in the use of Office (excell, powerpoint...)
