You will have the opportunity:

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible of ensuring full availability of manufacturing and lab equipment, buildings and facilities to support the business with the required quality level, guaranteeing that all the systems are operated and maintained within the given budget frame and by strictly following the technical norms, safety rules, company policies. You will lead a team of 15 people, and will work cross-functionally with other teams (Engineering, Finance, HR)


You will be in charge of

  • Coordination and daily management of the maintenance department (corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance) establishing medium and long-term objectives to ensure compliance with the department's KPIs.
  • Manage smooth operation of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, keeping track of work order completion and performance metrics. Ensure maximum productivity and efficiency in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, efficiency, and speed is followed in all aspect of the jobs executed by the department. Strive for 100% plant equipment and operational reliability.
  • Ensure improvement of service level by driving planning and scheduling of Work Orders to maximize facilities & equipment uptime and availability.
  • Manage the contracted suppliers performing activities related to equipment and facility maintenance and repair
  • Apply specialized knowledge in a creative way to a broad range of difficult problems.
  • Manage applicable budgets for Maintenance and applicable cost centers. Ensure proper suppliers POs are developed, and approved to support required financial processes.
  • Optimize maintenance intervention procedures, ensuring the budget of the department.
  • Create and maintain employee and organizational development, as well as HR plans which meet business needs. Promotes an open and transparent working environment.
  • Review and analyze proposals to determine if benefits derived and possible applications justify expenditures.
  • Lead, support and mentor the maintenance team by finding barriers the at prevent them from working in a safe, standard and efficient manner.
  • Work with the team and the wider network to harness the technical expertise available and build solutions.
  • Support the Reliability Engineer for Predictive and Preventive Maintenance continuous improvement and create the best possible Maintenance Strategy for the Lab.
  • Report to Europe support teams inprovements, incidences or maintenance problem.
  • Lead Culture, Values and Compliance activities in her/his team.
  • Leadership on Health & Safety workshop activities.


Your profile:

Bachelor in Industrial Engineering (mainly mechanical or electrical )

Minimum 10 years as Maintenance Leader and leading a team

Knowledge in English required (min C1)

Knowledge in CMMS; PLC Programming; Autocad, Pack Offie (advanced Excel)
