  • Assist in the completion of HR periodic reports on timely manner.
  • Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, composing regular correspondence, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines, and taking down minutes as needed.
  • Establishing, maintaining and controlling personnel movements and employee data changes, files, correspondence, reports, and organization charts.
  • Managing sensitive and confidential matters like personnel relations, employee relations, and organizational changes, planning and protecting the security of information, data and files.
  • Responding to and putting through various queries from managers and employees, and from other agencies or departments.
  • Interpreting, assisting and advising employees and managers regarding, HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines
  • Coordinates with the labor union officer for necessary information and meetings.
  • Administer the Company Rules and Regulation for both existing and new employees.
  • Review the Human Resources policies and procedures and recommend changes if necessary.
  • Participate in employee disciplinary actions if requested or necessary.
  • Perform in-depth analyses of employee data and generate reports for the management reference for decision making.
  • Maintaining employee file records up-to-date by handling changes in employee status in timely manner.
  • Providing assistance in monitoring employee performance appraisal process.
  • Enrolment, Deletion and update of medical insurance of employees.
  • Supervise the plant canteen operations with the concessionaire
  • Supervise the EMPI Mission Activity & Program (Visual Screening)
  • Coordinate with AFAB activities related with HR and affecting the business.
