  • Executes special assignments and tasks with the EMPI Management.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Developing tools that help guide the management members in making decisions.
  • Uses the E-Talent to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
  • Providing support in the various human resources functions which include plant operations and plant performance.
  • Ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
  • Administration and management of Employee Engagement not limited to Peakon Employee Engagement Survey, Model Employees and Team Building.
  • Formulation of applicable action plan related to Peakon Result.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  • Employee relationship management.
  • Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education.
  • Collaborate with the Union Officers for any Labor Management Welfare programs and activities.
  • Coordinate with the Asia Training & Development Unit for available training applicable to EMPI.
  • Handles and maintain all employee Training Records.
  • Handles and maintain skills matrix of operators, technician, engineers & supervisors. Collaborates with the Quality & Training Department.
  • Supervise the yearly process of the following Processes with the Department Managers, Supervisors and HR Manager:
  • People Review (9 box & Impact & Risk of loss)
  • Career Development Plan
  • Individual Development Plan
  • Performance Improvement Plan
  • Performance Appraisal Process
