Title:  Associate Manager, Frame Dream Operations

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Frame Programs Operations Associate Manager is responsible for the daily management and operating of the Frame Programs Multitenant Platform which support the various programs for the Essilor Doctor Alliances (Frame Dream, Perc Advantage, Galaxy, Triangle Vision). He/she will work as part of a cohesive team dedicated to “best in class” Frames Programs operations, coordinating with external stakeholders (such as Luxottica and third party vendors) and internal ones (supply chain, distribution center). The Frames Programs Operations Associate Manager is responsible for the daily monitoring of Frame Programs systems and flows, in order to identify system and process issues as they arise and coordinate with the appropriate teams (IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service) to root cause and resolve the issues

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate new product introductions and frame refreshes with internal functions (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Essilor Distribution Center)
  • Work with Supply Chain to calculate quantity needs for new product introductions
  • Set up new products including pricing
  • Audit customer pricing and resolve discrepancies
  • Execute product refresh, in coordination with all stakeholders
  • Optimize product return processes
  • Create SOP documents for new or changing processes
  • Act as escalation point / second level for Customer Service
  • Track and coordinate resolution of escalated customer complaints
  • Facilitate the completion of IT enhancement requests
  • Log support tickets with IT for system issues
  • Communicate frame program status to business executives
  • Coordination with the supply chain for service level improvements
  • Create and deliver program training for customer service
  • Act as back up for samples kit deployments to new and existing locations
  • Develop basic periodical reporting for status monitoring

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be able to multitask and handle a variety or responsibilities at once
  • Can work quickly with accuracy
  • Ability to coordinate tasks and activities with other team members and other external functions
  • Some experience with CRM or ERP or other company systems
  • Computer proficient and  ability to pick up software programs with minimal training
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have at least 2-4 years in a similar operational role

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in the optical industry not a requirement but highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

 

LOCATION & TRAVELLING REQUIREMENTS

  • Position is based in Dallas area.
  • Position is operating on a flex schedule (in office/remote) with up 2 average days per week in office depending on operational needs
  • Requires occasional travelling (5%) and attendance at national trade shows (1 or 2 per year)
