Job Purpose

 

This position is accountable for managing all lab network accounts in his/her region making sure each of them deliver the sales goals set for the year.  He / she is responsible for all relationship programs as well as the increase of Transitions lenses sales in the customers mix of products. The incumbent is also accountable for making sure the lab network rules and regulations are adhere to;

 

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Development of marketing and sales campaigns along with the lab to increase the penetration of transitions in their mix. 

  • Value chain mapping in his / her region;

  • Implementation of coop actions and sales incentives programs. 

  • Follow up on sales figures and monthly reports 

  • Identify potential new customers 

  • Keep management team up to date with optical market news and trends

  • Budget management and reporting monthly

  • Implementation and execution of education programs with labs

  • Participation of trade shows and events in the country

  • Indirect management of a consultant team who are directly employed by their lab accounts

  • Identifies and communicates benefits to get agreement; Uses data effectively to back up decisions and recommendations 

  • Makes all customers feel that they are very important

  • Takes an active part in addressing problems

  • Prioritizes tasks and allocates time appropriately 


 

Key Requirements (Education and Experience)

  • Knowledge of Marketing: Co-op programs, promotion and point of sale strategies. 

  • Knowledge of sales: customers relations, key account management, negotiation skills, promotions

  • 3-4 years’ experience in sales B2B

  • Basic english
