  • To ensure overall optimization and performance of production operations in short and middle run.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Engaging production line, process and department personnel in all phases of improvement efforts, including Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC Projects, line balancing, and work standard
  • Identifying bottleneck issues, define and implement appropriate action plans as well as to address or to escalate the problems when necessary
  • Ensuring the deployment of Lean standards and/or Kaizen
  • Supporting Suggestion Program
  • Assessing new working methods in terms of productivity, quality and cost
  • Defining, implementing and conducting audit of CI procedures in coordination with the workshop owners
  • Creating, updating workshop capacity and loading file
  • Coaching, conducting training and developing team members and for improvement
  • Working closely to Operations Management and Human Resources to define relevant trainings for performance improvement
  • Communicating project detail regarding to cost, quality, timeline and impact.
  • Understanding and complying with the company procedures, policies, standards as well as relevant ISO certifications such as 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.
  • Completing duties as assigned



  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production manufacturing in multi-national companies
  • Experienced in using AutoCAD software (or equivalent) would be an advantage
  • Experienced in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen
  • Good in Logical thinking and result driven
  • Experienced in using AutoCAD software (or equivalent) would be an advantage
  • Being an adaptable and fast learner
  • Good English communciation both written and spoken
