Your day in Asia Supply Chain team

 

1/ Represent WWPRO  as a New Products Project Team member

  • Be WWPRO representative in the project meetings & reviews
  •  Analyze requests from New Product Projects, Stock and Rx.
  • Clarify  the technical definition of the products, the commercial positioning, the distribution network
  • Estimate workload: number of products to codify,  number of packaging to develop
  • Analyze proposed products regarding the existing catalog and propose alternative scenarios to the Project Manager
  • Update WWPRO data in the PREF file for strategic & C2 projects
  • Prepare and co-host with the Project Manager the PREF reviews meetings
  • Record final version of the PREF for tracking Product Package in the Product Referential
  • Assess WWPRO contribution in each NP Project & inform the Product Referential Integration Manager

 

2/ Ensure build-up & delivery of all WWPRO deliverables linked with NP

  • Gather all information needed for building-up WPRO deliverables & provide data to the Product Officer allocated to the project.
  • Propose a Betwin codification for the products & validate it with the Referential Maintenance team
  • Manage & validate the keying of relevant product data in the Referential
  • For stock products, define and get labels validated by the customer
  • Insure build-up & diffusion of deliverables :
    • Logistic files L07 Stock & Rx
    • Packaging files L44 Stock
    • Kitting data (tool under definition)
    • Product packages Stock & Rx
  • Ensure completeness & consistency of the Product Package’s data
  • Inform the Project team & concerned organizations when the deliverables & data are available
  • Inform Project team & concerned organizations when changes are applied to a product during the New Product Project, especially during PREF review meetings.

 

3/ Identify & communicate impacts of New Products on the Products Referential and on related Information systems

  • Identify & communicate impacts of New Products on the Products Referential and on related Information systems
  • Participate in the validation of proposed solutions within WWPRO

 

Must have

 

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Supply Chain or any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in data management or project management
  • Data management and data analyzation
  • Facility with Information Systems and Product technical products databases
  • Knowledge of stock/RX products and packaging
  • Teamwork capacity, locally and remotely
  • English: read, spoken, and written
