The position holder will be in charge of a key Applications for EssilorLuxottica business. 

As an IT Business Analyst, the position holder will collaborate among business and project teams to go deeply in and support a behavior and operation of the Application and its environment.

Your day in the IT RX team

You will be working in an international and challenging environment with teams notably located in China, France and India.

Your main missions:

• Implement KPI (Key Performance Indicators) on business and systems performances
• Participate in technical IT solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement, and conversions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other teams to Identify system issue, clarify information, research issue and provide solutions or alternatives
• Day-to-day support and assist key users of Applications
• Lead intervention, documenting recap, specific topic test and full loop tests
• Organizing meetings to present new feature and root cause analysis to user
• Monitor the operations of Application
• Perform other related duties as assigned

On-call duty at least one week per month mandatory

Must have

• Bachelor's Degree in Information System, IT, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields.
• 0-5 years of experience (Welcome fresh graduate)
• Technical skills: Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Command prompt, API and Basic knowledge of cloud.
• Be able to use SQL Query and understand data model
• Ability to solve technical and operational problems
• Analytical skills and services mind
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• English communication both written and spoken is a must.
