ASIA EXPORT LABS KEY ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Purpose of the Job:

To be the “Voice of the Customer” in the Export Labs (Thailand, India and China) organization:

  • For a portfolio of customers (Essilor subsidiaries), act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant team in Export lab organization (Supply Chain, Production, CI, Quality, Compliance…) and be responsible for customer satisfaction.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements; be in a position to convey even the complex information in simple and clear language to lead and coordinate topics within organization.
    • Be a coordinator for New Products Introduction in Export Labs, from Customers’ needs clarification to commercial launch, with the support of other cross-functional.
    • Be a coordinator for supply chain projects aiming at developing new offers to fulfill market needs (Lens with Frames offers, frames management, Flow optimization, differentiation on quality/ leadtime, …).
  • Coordinate and prepare regular reports of relevant KPIs (service, quality), project progress updates on important issues to internal and external stakeholders.

Performance Indicators:

  • Customers survey result
  • New Products & projects concluded on-time
  • The correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Follow-up of all Customers’ requests
  • Contractual Service Rate to Customers

 

Knowledge and skills:

  • Be proactive with result-oriented to achieve a particular goal.
  • Be willing to learn quickly to have better understanding customer’s needs
  • Be comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent in communication skill for both verbal and written that all are clear, concise, convincing and understandable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in building relationships with customers (internal and external)
  • Have ability in problem-solving and good negotiation skill.
  • Multitasking and prioritizing, have ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once.
  • Understanding and be able to process/analyze customer information and requirement then translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Excel [including pivot table & formula] & PowerPoint

 

 

Qualification and Education:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business management or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in multinational manufacturing company.
  • Previous experience in project management would be an advantage.
