Our business unit in Singapore is looking for a motivated and dedicated Finance Manager to monitor FP&A, business and finance performance with the objective to improve efficiencies and profits as well as controlling to make sure working in respect of the group compliance rules. The ability to business partner with the GM is a critical component of this role.  To do so the person is expected to be able under take data mining and make recommendations / able to present findings to his reporting manager as well as management in a clear and concise manner.  Presentation skills both on stage and in preparation of powerful power point charts is a necessity.




  1. Business partnering with commercial team, marketing and education professional service, customer service as well as operations and manufacturing team to drive synergy and collaboration across department with the objective to ensure customer satisfactory journey with simplification, optimization and efficiency route in all areas.
  2. Involve in NPI process to simplify product offering and review price positioning to ensure proper coverage from High, Mid and Low tier of customer segment.
  3. Drive margins and profitability for all products in many campaigns and perform business analysis for key accounts to create stickiness and dependency for long term business engagement.
  4. Assisting commercial team for contract agreement related to sales target for key account and incentive scheme inclusive instrument funding program
  5. Lead the forecast and budget process across functions sales, marketing, operations and supply Chain.
  6. OPEX management, ensuring budget utilization and expense tracking, drive savings in many areas to redirect for better investment such as branding investment, immediate campaign winning plan, etc
  7. CAPEX management, ensuring proper approval procedure being followed, reviewing ROI for big CAPEX investment
  8. Working Capital and Cashflow management; phasing payment per credit term policy to vendor and customer, monitor bad debt collection (supported by external party) and working on smart inventory management to provide balance inventory level.
  9. Review on commission scheme, quarter and annual reward scheme and payout calculation in relation to manage sales team motivation, morale and motivation.
  10. Thinking above and beyond Customer Segmentation to provide direction and improve sales productivity from a targeted approach
  11. Managing business partner, understanding their challenge and suggest better approach to react with industry situation
  12. To perform regular review and audit of business processes to ensure compliance to Company’s rules of internal control and legal compliance. Liaison with external and internal auditors is required.
  13. Continue to review SOP to ensure efficiency and process improvement.




  1. At least Degree in Accounting and Finance or Business Admin or Management or Economics
  2. At least 5 years’ experience in finance and business analysis, preferably from an MNC / FMCG industry
  3. Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrating the ability to understand key financial drivers of the business
  4. Good communication skills with strong MS office skills essential
